Clarks Landing's Shady Side, Maryland location - just 30 minutes South of Annapolis - offers a huge on-water new boat sales, used boat sales and service facility.  Shady Side has undergone some recent renovations.  The new service building is now complete and includes a state-of-the-art service facility as well as a fully stocked parts department and ships store.

We have also completely restored the historic house located in the center of the property.  Other improvements include: 

•  A second travel lift well and 70 ton travel lift with the capacity to haul-out boats up to 68'.
•  75 state-of-the-art multiple size floating docks.
•  13-acre facility capable of storing all of our customers' boats for the winter.
•  Certified Sea Ray and MerCruiser technicians, yard crew, fiberglass repairs and office staff to handle all your boating needs.
